"Room was large and clean, dog goodies were a noce touch too. The hotel itself was in a great position with great views of the surrounding area from the restaurant. We had dinner and breakfast and both were ver well presented and full of flavour. We shall be returning soon👍"

"Staff were very attentive, polite and explained what needed to know, checked us in very quickly and show to our room. Room was clean and stocked with pkenty of tea, coffee etc. Bed was very comfortable and nice fresh bedding and towels, toiletries were supplied. Food in the restaurant was very nice and a good price and generous portions. "

"Set in beautiful surroundings with lots of walks on your doorstep and two local dog friendly pubs that serve food. The owners are lovely and helpful in person and replied to our messages very quickly before we came. The accommodation is very clean and really cosy, dog friendly being a plus. "Everything about this stay was perfect. Firstly the hosts were nothing short of incredible, very attentive, friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful, everything you need for a couple night stay. "I have stayed here many times and have never had a problem. Staff are always super friendly and very welcoming. You get a real welcoming ‘local pub’ feel when you go in. The bar area is really cosy and the food is fantastic-large portions and a good choice on the menu. Sunday roast is great too!! Rooms are clean, comfortable and have everything you need. An excellent place to stay so I would highly recommend. "
