"Despite the record heat, the AC kept the cabin cool and the lake was a great way to cool off outside. Loved the historic but well equipped kitchen. The only comment would be there is no internet or cell service. But for me that is a plus."

"We had a great time at the cabin. It was very clean and well maintained. The hosts made sure there was ample water and firewood.The property was beautiful with plenty of options to keep you busy.Bugs were definitely bad, but wearing the right clothing and using bug spray, worked well.I did find some ticks on my dog, but this is the woods and it’s to expected.I will definitely be back!"

"This property is a treasure. Stunning lake view, huge yard with plenty of parking. The cabin is well stocked and spacious. The host was fantastic "

"Cabin is situated well on the property. It overlooks a slice of the lake between the trees with a slanted grassy area that leads to the lake and includes a fire pit. The space fit 5 adults comfortably enough (we brought an air mattress). We enjoying using the kayaks and canoes, the air hockey table, and the fire pit. Was exactly what we were looking for. "

"This property was fantastic. There was plenty of room for our group and we had a lot of fun. We had 7 people with plenty of beds a bathrooms. The boat and kayak were nice to ise and the pool table was great. There were a few minor issues but the owner was quick to respond and help with the problem. I would recommend this house to any large group. It's hard find 4 full bathrooms."

"Perfect place for me"

"We were very comfortable staying here. It is a lovely house. The layout is a little confusing, I assume from additions, but we navigated okay. The kitchen is large and very nice. There were 2 tables to sit and eat. There was a very attractive sitting area inside and a very nice porch, seating area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while visiting our great-grandmother."
