The location made us feel like we were staying in the woods yet we were conveniently located to Ellicottville, Holiday Valley, and Allegany State Park, all of which we spent time at. Some nice amenties at the house, like wood for fires too and appreciated the marshmallow sticks! Wonderful family time together!"

The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the whole space is quiet and cozy. It was only a 5-minute drive to our wedding at Holiday Valley, which made everything so convenient. The house feels welcoming, well cared for, and truly like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!"

"Great cabin. Very clean with lots of outdoor seating areas on the wraparound porch. Lauren was very communicative throughout the process getting back to answer questions within an hour. Ripley Beach is a five minute walk from the cabin and our children enjoyed exploring the property, it's not a swimming or fishing location due to the current - at least not when we stayed in late August. We would stay again, our children are already asking to go again next summer."

"What a truly amazing view from the second you pull into the driveway. We went down to the water before we even went into the house. We all loved the walk along the lake on the rocks…especially our dog. The house was very welcoming, clean and extremely well stocked. From a variety of coffee brewing options and complimentary K-cups, to fun mugs, an abundance of towels ( both bath and beach), and dog bowls for our four legged family members…Lauren had thought of EVERYTHING. We are grateful for...
