The living area features a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing and watching your favorite show. The open-plan dining area makes it easy to gather for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. And don’t worry—you won’t have to wash all the dishes yourself (dishwasher included!).

The apartment offers two spacious, separate bedrooms—each with its own wall-mounted TV and closet—along with two modern bathrooms featuring large showers. You’ll also find a discreet laundry area with a washing machine.
Heating and air conditioning are available throughout the apartment, ensuring comfort in every season.

And to top it all off, SILVA Apartment has its own private terrace—a quiet little spot to enjoy some fresh air during your stay.

To access the apartment, take the stairs or elevator up to the second floor and enter through the shared hallway. This is the only common area, which also leads to our other Airbnb listing: FLORIS.
