MiniLoft in Catania Center

My mini Loft is located in a characteristic building built on rock dating back to the lava flow which, in 1669, reached the sea.
It's an independent housing that overlooks the condominium courtyard of this ancient building located in a quiet and strategic area of Catania.

The loft has two floors.
At the entrance you can get the living room with the kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to cook.
At your disposal also: Nespresso coffee machine microwave, toaster, kettle.
When necessary the sofa turns into a comfortable king size bed (160x200).
The first bathroom, with shower, is located on the ground floor.
The bedroom and the second bathroom are in the lofty floor (king size bed 160x200).
A careful renovation has allowed to get two bathrooms, one on each floor, to offer more intimacy and comfort to our guests.

The entire loft and the area by the door are available for the guests.
In the courtyard you can have breakfast or enjoy a good drink in cool evenings.

I'm at your disposal, before and during your stay, to provide any information about trips, places of historic and artistic interest, or where to go eating.
It will be a pleasure for me to be useful to make your stay in Catania even more pleasant.

Dock78 is located in a quiet and strategic area of Catania.
In a few minutes on foot you can reach all the touristic areas.
5 minutes from Piazza Giovanni XXIII, where you can find the Railway Station, the extra urban Bus Station and the Metro stop.
2 minutes from the central Via Umberto I.
10 minutes from Via Etnea, the main interesting street in Catania.
In a 15 minutes walk along the modern shopping center, Corso Italia, you'll arrive at the seafront of Piazza Europa and to the characteristic lava beach of San Giovanni li Cuti seaside village.
