"We just stayed at this beautiful house for my husband’s 40th birthday with a group of 10 adults. The house and vacation exceeded our expectations! The home owners were great and accommodating in helping us plan our trip. The home is as pictured, but even better in person. Tons of different outdoor areas to hang out and dine. Minitas beach is a 5 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride. The staff at the house were amazing. We had breakfast prepared by the chef each morning and 2 of the 4 dinners...

"Only had one minor hiccup with the check in process, but overall I had great time. I know people in the DR so I rented a vehicle and they drove me around! Went on a couple excrusions went to a night club and ate at nice restaurants a few times. It's a restaurant called Maggie's with pretty good food and strong drinks!"

"This property is fantastic. It is just as nice, if not nicer, than it appears on the listing. There is plenty of outdoor space and the villa was able to accommodate a group of 13 comfortably. "Although this is a nice home and in a decent neighborhood, we had a few issues: Most days we took cold showers, because there was no hot water. The house needs a light update on some of the furniture, & kitchen area. The refrigerator leaked and the house had an old smell to it. The pool is nice, but cloudy most times."

Not only was the villa immaculate, the staff we friendly and courteous from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. "A estadia foi ótima, o hotel tem se esforçado para prestar um bom atendimento, os funcionários em sua maioria são simpáticos e prestativos. A limpeza deixa a desejar, o lobby do hotel está sempre sujo. As comidas são boas na media, os funcionários do food truck são super grossos, mas a comida de lá é boa e sai bem rápido. Eu recomendo o hotel e com certeza voltaria, o por do sol por lá é de tirar o fôlego, as piscinas são maravilhosas! "
