Our home by the sea is your home
away from the cares of the world. Enjoy a single floor
layout that maximizes oceanfront views - on serene mornings,
in bright afternoons, and with stunning sunsets. Take a
walk on the beach to be in nature: otters, seals, dolphins,
pelicans, sandpipers, and plump plovers are right at your
doorstep. Be entertained by shopping in Carmel, great
restaurants, and world-class golf minutes away. Or, drop by
the clubhouse for its tennis courts, bocce ball, basketball,
volleyball, hot tub, sauna, and swimming pool. And then do
like we do: Sip a glass of Monterey County wine, beach comb
for sea shells, tuck in with a wonderful book, sleep so
soundly that you wake up late, and have the kind of
conversations with friends and family that come alongside
slowing down our hectic lives enough to enjoy it. We welcome

Nicely remodeled unit with very tasteful art. Kitchen well stocked and great high end appliances. Amazing view from dinning table and living room. The pictures don’t do this unit or the view justice. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Ocean View

In-laws were in town visiting from the Midwest and we wanted a nice coastal view for them. This place was perfect! The only downfall, the pictures really don’t do it the view justice. The boardwalk path to the beach from this property is closed due to the short dune but you can walk down to the next colony and enter from there. The kitchen is well appointed for all your cooking needs. Grocery stores are a bit far away so make sure to bring your supplies with you. Beds are comfortable and there was plenty of room for our party of 6.

Lovely beach house

Our family had a wonderful stay here. The house was just like the pictures. It was pretty clean - a little dusty in areas like the light fixtures and windows, but the floor and bedding and used surfaces were clean. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, I was even able to bake a birthday cake during our stay. When we arrived, there were lots of shells on the deck, I assume from the previous visitors, which my son loved. He had so much fun adding to the collection. He also loved that there were lots of comic books to read and a telescope. The view was amazing and being so close to the beach was absolutely wonderful. The surrounding area is just farmland, but we were able to get to Monterey and Carmel in about 30 minutes or so.

RR7 Monterey Dunes

The property is located in a very secluded area surrounded by artichoke fields. Arrival was super easy and the unit was incredible. The views are amazing and the property very well kept. We had a wonderful time and would definitely say here again.

College Tour

Beyond Wonderful

Updated interiors done with an artistic mind. Clean and aesthetically pleasing decor. Appropriate art. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Quiet. Reflective. The ocean is visible from all front rooms. We have stayed at other units here over 20 years and this is the BEST.

Pretty Magical Place

This location is just beautiful, and so convenient to Santa Cruz and Monterey/ Carmel. The house is so close to the beach, and it's so quiet and peaceful. Plenty of space! So many wonderful things that you feel like you're at home. Our sons loved the fireplace (so much extra wood in the garage so we didn't need to purchase more than firestarters), beach toys, and Disney+ and Netflix were huge bonuses for the evening. The kitchen is super stocked. You could absolutely anything you'd want because there are so many tools and utensils. InstaCart does deliver so getting groceries was a breeze. Will definitely be back! Thank you so much!!

Gorgeous

We love staying at Monterey Dunes and this property was no exception. It was really nicely appointed and beautifully cared for. They even had beach toys that our 3-year old loved! The only wrinkle was that there was a large leak happening under the kitchen sink, which clearly the management company had known about, but had not mentioned. Not a big deal, and nothing bad happened, but would have been nice to have a heads up so that we could make sure there wasn't an overflow! Setting that aside, we would definitely stay in this property again, and hope to return to the development many times in the future!
