The house is located on a 780sqm large, fenced property with a well-tended garden. The 4m x 8m large swimming pool is surrounded by a tiled south-facing terrace. From the south side of the house there is a 4m x 8m shade roof, here you will also find a dining area for up to ten people. Behind the house is a shady terrace to the east side.
The property offers park space for at least 2 cars and can be locked with a radio-controlled gate.
The house was built in 1997 and 2003 the apartment was added. Both were newly renovated in 2018.

Casa Ilse (main house downstairs) has about 116sqm of converted area. The rooms are divided as follows:

1 large living room with dining area
1 bedroom with kingsize bed and bathroom en suite (shower, toilet, bidet) & ceiling fan
1 bedroom incl. kingsize bed & ceiling fan
1 bedroom with two single beds & fan
1 bathroom with bathtub, W/C, bidet, accessible from the hallway.
1 generously equipped kitchen with storage.
Amenities:
The living room is equipped with a fireplace for cold days, cozy living & dining room furniture as well as a large TV with reception of German and Portuguese and some English spoken channel.
In the kitchen you will find a 4 burner gas stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, as well as all electrical appliances and utensils needed for cooking, frying and baking.
In the storeroom there is, among other things, a washing machine.
For the cold season is a gas central heating installed, which will be charged separately according to gas consumption.

The Apartment "Ilse" is 50sqm + about 17sqm winter garden.
It's included:
1 sleeping room with queensize bed & ceiling fan.
1 bathroom with shower & W/C
1 open plan kitchen/living room incl. dining area, a cozy fireplace and a large TV .
The kitchen is equipped with a 2 burner ceramic hob
Refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and all other utensils that belong in a modern kitchen. There is a washing machine available as well.

The house (good for 6 person) including the apartment (good for 2 person) on the upper floor is conveniently and flexible for 8 people.
From more than 4 persons, an additional flat rate per person is charged, in this case the apartment will be included. In case of booking you will be the only user of the whole object.
