Villa di Carmen is a comfortable vacation villa in the countryside of Castrignano del Capo, just minutes from Santa Maria di Leuca and the sea.
The villa has a large garden and large spaces furnished with elegance. In the garden there is a barbecue, outdoor shower, parking.
There are also accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker etc.

Villa di Carmen is a detached villa surrounded by a large manicured green garden.
The entrance patio is furnished with table, chairs and umbrella for outdoor dining, also preparing tasty barbecue.
In
the garden also there are sun loungers for sunbathing, a nice shaded
veranda where there is an outdoor sitting area, plus the covered carport
with 2 parking spaces.
The interior of the villa is bright and cozy, elegantly furnished. All rooms are spacious and cool. The living room is furnished with two sofas, stereo system and TV.
The dining room with fireplace and TV is adjacent to the well-equipped kitchenette. Also present is a small laundry room.
The sleeping area consists of four double bedrooms, one of which is air-conditioned. The other three rooms are cooled by the split air conditioner in the hallway. Additional 2 beds can be placed on request either in the bedrooms or in the living room.
Completing the villa are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower stall.

Villa
di Carmen is located in a residential area in Castrignano del Capo, a
small town of Lower Salento just 3 km from Santa Maria di Leuca and only
5 minutes by car from other beautiful seaside tourism destinations such
as Marina di Novaglie, Ponte Ciolo, Cala di Acquaviva, the small
beaches of San Gregorio di Patù and Felloniche.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
