Trullo 1821 Tenuta Le Farcole by LoveSud

Immersed in a bucolic setting, a few kilometers from the sea, there is this beautiful estate with different solutions and a shared swimming pool.
There are 4 detached accommodations in total: Lamia Centrale, La Punta, Trullo 1821 and Carrubo.

The accommodation described here is called Trullo 1821, a typical stone-clad house with an adjoining typical trullo (pajara) from 1821.
The house has a comfortable covered outdoor area equipped with a barbecue area and uncovered parking spaces among the olive trees.

From the main entrance we enter the beautiful living room, a single air-conditioned room equipped with a kitchen with oven, dishwasher and steel worktop and a small living room with double sofa bed. The queen size bedroom has a simple wardrobe closet and allows a view of the sea and the surrounding countryside. The property is completed by a bathroom equipped with shower and internal services (an external shower is also available).
From the back (only accessible externally) you enter the Pajara, which still has the year of construction engraved in the stone of the entrance. The little trulli (not ideal for children) consists of a French bed on the mezzanine accessible with a ladder more a single bed on the ground floor. Available also a little courtesy toilet (toilet and sink only).
The pergola area is fully equipped to eat outside surrounding by the nature. The external and internal details in stone are enchanting.
Excellent for 4 people, for a holiday characterized by simplicity and respect for nature. Relaxation and privacy guaranteed.

A beautiful ornamental garden overlooking the sea and a large swimming pool area shared with the remaining accommodations are available to guests of the Estate.
Pool dimensions: 14x7 meters with infinity sea view on both sides, diving board with maximum depth of 2.50 metres.
Felloniche beach 2 km away, 5 minutes by car. The closest village is Castrignano del Capo less than 4km away where you can find various services available.

THINGS TO KNOW
Please note that the swimming pool will not be available approximately out of season from 15th October to 29th May. Signing of the relevant rental contract will be required upon arrival.
Pets are not normally allowed except for exclusive bookings of the entire estate. In this case they are admitted on request and with an extra cost to be paid upon arrival.
Check-in from 4pm to 10.30pm. Check-out from 7.30am to 10.00am. In case of late arrival after 10.30pm there will be an extra cost of EUR 50 to be paid upon arrival. Arrivals after 0.00 are not permitted.
It is advisable to specify your arrival time directly to your host a few days before arrival. Tourist tax excluded from the total and to be paid directly upon arrival.
Bath/bed linen is rented weekly for 15€ per person available on request. Baby cot available free of charge for infants.
Balance payment 30 days before arrival.
Penalty applied in case of failure to dispose of waste withheld from the deposit equal to 30 euros. Penalty applied in case of failure to clean the kitchenette or dishes equal to 25 euros.
Please note that due to the location of the estate surrounded by nature, the WI FI signal is sometimes limited. Not ideal for those who do smart working.
Pets - allowed
Arrival between 22:30 and 00:30 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.





It should be noted that access to the roof of the house is not recommended as it has a low parapet that does not reflect the standard safety measures. Access is forbidden to minors. Adults can access it but at their own risk.
Information for the shared use of the pool - Tenuta Le Farcole

Dear guests,
welcome to Contrada Farcole.
In order to guarantee you a pleasant and relaxing stay, we would like to illustrate some aspects
related to the shared use of the pool reserved for our guests. To ensure this, we need your
collaboration.
The pool and related spaces can be used from 09:00 to 13:30 and from 15:00 to 20:00. Daily cleaning
and disinfection of the pool will be taken care of by the person we have appointed during the closing
hours. For hygienic-sanitary reasons, it is strongly recommended to take a shower before entering the
pool. For children who still use diapers, it is suggested to use special containment pants specific to the
pool.
We would like to remind you that there is NO surveillance service (lifeguard), therefore, for safety
reasons, it is recommended to constantly monitor the use of the pool by children under 12 years of
age and in any case by all those who cannot swim. In any case, the responsibility for access and use of
the pool is personal and for minors under 18 years of age, it falls on their parents or reference adults.
The appropriate use of the diving board is allowed, so as not to disturb other guests present.

Similarly, in order to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay for everyone, all guests must refrain from:
- Consuming meals in the pool area;
- Playing music with speakers;
- Raising their voices and shouting.

For the same reasons, access by outsiders and private parties by the poolside are not allowed.
Each house will have 2 sun loungers and an umbrella available, which will be marked with the name of the chosen house (La Punta, Trullo 1821, Lamia Centrale, Carrubo).
In addition, the furnishings available at the poolside can be used. Beach towels not available.
To ensure the privacy of all of you, guests of La Punta and Trullo 1821 will use the stairs on the diving board side (South) to access and leave the pool, while guests of Lamia Centrale and Carrubo will access through the stairs on the Wind Rose side (West).
At the end of the day, please remember to retrieve the used towels and personal belongings, for which we do not assume any responsibility.
