In the most extreme part of southern Italy, at the point where the two seas, the Ionian and the Adriatic, there is a splendid holiday home.
The accommodation is located precisely in the famous Punta Ristola, a town in Santa Maria di Leuca, well served by shops, mini-markets and nice bars where you can spend pleasant evenings admiring the sea.
The property, completely fenced, has a nice entrance that leads directly to the large and charming living room equipped with all the necessary features. There is a fully equipped kitchen with every utensil, a double bedroom and finally a bathroom complete with services. The dwelling enjoys a wonderful and large terrace equipped both as a solarium and as a living area where you can safely eat while looking at the sea.
From here the view is truly heavenly as, in the distance, you can admire the lighthouse of Santa Maria di Leuca, visible even more in the evening with its romantic flashes of light.
It should also be noted that the house is very close to the first access to the sea, but the area is purely rocky. The beaches are fully equipped with wooden structures and allow easy access to the sea.
Bathroom/bed linen available upon request at a cost of EUR 15 per person for the entire period.
