Nice apartment, located 200 meters from the sea and about 600 meters from the main seafront, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.

The accommodation is part of a residential complex consisting of 3 apartments, with additional beds available if needed (Casa Marilda 1 and Casa Marilda 3).

THE POSITION

Casa Marilda 2 is located near Punta Ristola, the southernmost point of Italy's heel, known for its sculptures and sea caves. Additionally, it is a very scenic and interesting area, offering the unique opportunity to admire both the sunrise and the sunset, thanks to its special geographical position.

The town center is within walking distance (about 700 meters), as well as many local businesses such as restaurants, kiosks, newsagents, bars, and ice cream parlors. Its location also provides excellent access to the Adriatic coast and other nearby attractions.

THE HOUSE

The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor and is approximately 70 m2 in size overall. The environment is air conditioned and is composed as follows:

- a large living room with sofa bed and complete and equipped kitchenette;
- a double bedroom;
- a complete bathroom with shower and washing machine;
- a comfortable equipped veranda.

Casa Marilda 2 does not have private parking, but there are several free parking options nearby. During high season and peak times it may be less easy to find parking immediately..

As mentioned, the house is in an advantageous location. It is about 200 meters from the sea, with a low, free rocky beach, and also just a short distance from Punta Ristola, a stunning place offering unique views and landscapes!

Moreover, the coast is rich with natural sea caves, which are beautiful and well worth visiting. Some of these caves can be accessed by swimming, but for a more comfortable and enjoyable experience, we recommend a boat excursion (further information available) with BLUEMARINE and SEASALENTO.
