"Lady at check in charged my debit card and my credit card twice. They tried to hide this information but I knew and Amy stated she was going to provide me with a discount but she never did. All Amy did was refund my credit card but still charged me full price for my stay on the debit card. Amy was supposed to get me another room that was quieter but she never did and then told her colleagues and wrote it down in her log book which we saw and read to not change our room. We didn’t get sleep for...

"The hotel is very clean, there is a good gym, room is Ok but the noise from the strret is TERRIBLE.
I had to stay in this hotel for 07 days and my first two nights were in the room 568 and the windows are to the main stret and I couldn’t sleep for one hour straight without wake up. I asked to move to a quitter room and moved to 563 that was better but still noisy.
I would not stay in this hotel again. They could easily fix it replacing for better and noisy cancelling windows "

"There was a musty smell that was off putting as soon as we walked in the door. The rooms are very small and we had a leak in the sink drain that wasn’t repaired after we reported it. I didn’t feel that it was worth the cost. Very disappointing for a supposed upscale Hilton."

It was clean and loved the colors and contemporary decor in the entrance/breakfast area. Also appreciated outside seating but the weather was not so agreeable, had...
