"Muito bom"

"As a frequent business traveler and Platinum member, I rely on consistent accommodation. This VIP Access hotel failed on multiple fundamental levels. Prior to arrival, I explicitly requested a quiet room as a strict necessity to accommodate a non-visible sensory disability. At check-in, this requirement was dismissed with a comment about Halloween noise, demonstrating a complete lack of understanding regarding accessibility and disability needs. The VIP recognition was limited to a 20% drink...

"High quality and afordable"

"Good location for our planned visits to London by train from Bletchley and for Bletchley Park itself Very tasty evening meal Comfortable room bath and bed Deluxe room booked"

"The room was clean ok for a good nights sleep. The bed was comfy. But unfortunately there was a hot water issue in the hotel so we had not hot water at all.... Also a lack of plugs i the room to charge anything."

"The renovated rooms we were in were very comfortable & warm in stormy weather. Plenty of toiletries & refreshments. The food in the restaurant & bar was excellent & very reasonably priced."
