Room cleanliness was very poor. Staff were generally approachable and helpful. Spa was ok but cleanliness was poor. Breakfast (included) was very limited.

Green Dragon Hotel
I would not stay again, our double bedroom had very tired decor, peeling paint, lots of dust and cobwebs, and overlooked a flat roof/ fire escape. Seems like the room had been slapped with lots of green paint in attempts to modernise it. Not sure how the accommodation can be described as luxury. ...

Stourport Manor Hotel
The room is from the 1980's dust and all!!! The reception staff member I met was so rude and tried to charge me more than the advertised price. The room was freezing cold, then was given a unsafe heater. I ordered food from the restaurant, when it came out it had ingredients not mentioned on the ...

Cotswold Riverside House Amazing indoor heated swimming pool hot tub games Room
Overall a very well maintained and safe property. Only issue we had was ants in the kitchen and some grass roots coming through where the ants were coming through and some of the foot stools had cobs webs under them. We vacuumed it all but the ants kept coming back.
