"Beautiful, beautiful place! Like stepping back in time, yet all of the modern conveniences. Fantastic staff, especially Kate, who made a wonderful breakfast, and has a heart of gold. The head chef was rather rude and aggressive, but I overlooked that due to everyone else being just lovely. I can’t wait to visit again!"

"We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Lorne House. Our room was luxurious, and the bedding was unbelievably comfortable. The thoughtful touches included an assortment of teas and coffees (including decaf), regular and oat milk, plus biscuits right in our room, made it feel extra special. The full breakfast is absolutely incredible, and able to skip lunch, only needed dinner each day. "We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. "

"Lovely maintained garden in bloom to walk around, modern comfortable and spacious garden rooms in newer wing. However, unfortunately proximity to the M4 means the noise of traffic is inescapable dampening the whole experience - even in the rooms where seals on windows needs improving and very loud in the garden - so no quiet relaxing if noise is an issue. Bathroom was not 100% clean in the room - toothpaste left on wash basin. Breakfast was quite average."
