VILLA LUCIA - AREZZO AREA

Villa Lucia is located close to the town of Castiglion Fiorentino, just 1km outside of it, reachable within a short walk where you can find many shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. Within a short driving distance, you can reach the beautiful town of Arezzo with its hilltop cathedral. In the Arezzo area, you will find less tourists and more locals, as well as many treasures in the towns and castles of the area. Visit Cortona, Anghiari, Monterchi and Sansepolcro (if you love Piero della Francesca) and the castle of Poppi - these are just some of the most beautiful towns in the province of Arezzo. The villa is also ideally situated for easy day trips into Florence, Siena and the famous Chianti area for some wine tasting!

The villa develops over two levels.

On the ground floor we have an entrance into the living room with dining area and kitchen corner, a sitting room with double sofa bed, a second kitchen with dining room, a second living room with sofas and TV. The sleeping area on this floor consists of: one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower, two separate bathrooms with shower and another small guest bathroom with toilet and sink.

On the first floor, with access via internal stairs, we have a large living room with fireplace, sofas and TV, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. There are panoramic views over the countryside and the town of Castiglion Fiorentino from the balcony.

The outside area offers a large garden that is partially fenced, private swimming pool (10x5m, 1.4 – 2m deep) with sun lounges and external shower, gazebo by the pool equipped with table and chairs.

To the side of the garden, we find the owner’s house, who will be a discreet presence and at the disposal of the guests for anything they may need.
