Only a short footpath through wild Mediterranean scrub separates this characterful villa from the beach, perfect for swimming and snorkeling. North and south of Sant’Elmo, you’ll find many more dream beaches. You can walk to the well-stocked supermarket in Sant’Elmo, and in nearby Costa Rei, a local market takes place every Thursday and Saturday from mid-May to the end of September.

The lush garden offers privacy, blending into a pine forest that leads to the sandy beach and turquoise sea.
