The 100 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and two single beds), and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a fan, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and satellite TV.

The villa is just 100 meters from the beach (partly public, partly with beach clubs), a 10-minute drive from the Temple of Selinunte, 30 minutes by car from Sciacca, 40 minutes from Agrigento, and 1 hour from Palermo. Sports equipment rental is available on the beach for an extra fee. From Marsala, you can easily reach the Egadi Islands.



There is one parking space on the property and free street parking. Pets are allowed on request. Groups of young people are not permitted. Parties and events are not allowed, and quiet hours are required at night. The property has step-free access and interiors.
