The main attraction is the spacious, livable veranda – a true outdoor lounge where you can relax, sunbathe or organize unforgettable dinners thanks to the barbecue, all surrounded by a well-kept garden that offers moments of peace and serenity.



The recently built house offers every comfort: a cozy bedroom with a double bed and an armchair bed ideal for children, a modern bathroom, and a living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette.



Located in a strategic position, just a short walk from free beaches and the crystal-clear sea, it allows you to explore the beauty of Castelsardo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, famous for its cultural events such as the Lunissanti festival, Holy Week, the summer carnival with its floats, and wonderful concerts featuring international musicians during major annual festivities like Easter, May 1st, Ferragosto and New Year's Eve. Visiting Castelsardo will let you discover authentic traditions like basket weaving and the making of fish traps; the town has a thousand-year history and boasts the only working drawbridge in Italy.
