Studio in the countryside with pool, exceptional view, great for relaxation and trips

The studio has a sleeping area with a double bed and two single beds, one of them, when not in use, folds up and can be placed under the other for more space. It has an equipped kitchen and a table to eat inside. Bathroom with shower. There is also a space for outdoor dining with a sun umbrella, table and chairs. There is a barbecue for outdoor cooking in the beautiful summer evenings.
In the structure there are three other lodgings.
Fattoria Cristina is located in Marciano, a small and quiet hamlet of Castelnuovo Magra, La Spezia. It is thirty minutes from the ferry or train boarding to reach the Cinque Terre, thirty minutes from Versilia, Lerici and Portovenere. Forty minutes from Pisa and Lucca.
Florence and Genoa can be reached in about an hour and a half.
The house is in the middle of the countryside and enjoys an exceptional panoramic view. The Fattoria Cristina is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday in the midst of nature, but not far from sites of considerable landscape, historical and cultural interest.
To reach the house it is necessary to have a private car, we are located about halfway from the motorway exits of Sarzana and Carrara (15 km of which 4 km of hilly road).
Restaurants and supermarkets are 6 km away in the town of Castelnuovo Magra and can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car
Guests have at their disposal a swimming pool (c. At 5 meters by 10) with solarium, barbecue and some games for adults and children (table football, table tennis, slide and swing). You can use wifi for free. From the house it is possible to leave for hiking in the surrounding countryside.
We personally welcome guests and are available for suggestions regarding local attractions, restaurants, initiatives in the neighboring towns, the best wineries to visit.
The Fattoria Cristina is located in the countryside, here you will rediscover the contact with nature, we have a dog, a cat and a pony and your pets are welcome!

The enchantment of this place is that being five kilometers from the nearest village is completely surrounded by greenery, on a hill with a wonderful view that allows you to enjoy the nature and relaxation necessary in every holiday. The Aurelia is only ten minutes by car and allows you to reach a number of attractions such as the Cinque Terre, Lerici, Portovenere, the Villages on the neighboring hills, Sarzana, La Versilia, The Alps, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, etc. . in a short time.
It is not possible to reach our hotel by public transport. The nearest bus stop is 5 km away and the train stations of Carrara and Sarzana are 15 km away. The house has free private parking. To reach the property it is necessary to have a private car.
From the house it is possible to leave for excursions on foot or by bicycle (mountain bike, hill trails).
