Located in a strategic position between the three provinces of Pisa, Siena and Grosseto, from the villa it is possible to quickly reach the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany. Immersed in 6 hectares of private park and garden divided between a forest of tall trees and fields of olive trees, it offers pleasant walks and trekking routes for excursions. From Casa Vacanze Porrine at 40 and 60 km you can reach Volterra and Siena and with only 35 km the beautiful beaches of FOLLONICA and Puntaala. On the road to Leccia, a fork to the left leads to the site of 'Aque populoniae', an important 3rd-century Etruscan-Roman spa town. Excavations of the largest sacred Etruscan and Roman thermal complex in the world are underway. Only 12 km away, in the municipality of Sasso Pisano, you can regenerate in the thermal waters of Biolago. This is a bathing complex designed for relaxation and personal well-being. It consists of a caldarium with water at 36 degrees and hydromassage, a tepidarium and a photo-purified lake at room temperature.
