The villa is located in the heart of Chianti, with easy access to the region’s famous wineries, castles and villages. The wineries La Lama and Boschetto Campacci can even be reached on foot. Siena is only about a 30-minute drive away, and San Gimignano, Florence and Arezzo are also perfect for day trips. The picturesque village of San Gusmè is just two kilometres away, with a small grocery store, and Villa a Sesta is only a seven-minute drive away and, despite its tiny size, is known for its excellent restaurants, including two with Michelin stars.Castelnuovo Berardenga, a little further away, provides all essential amenities, including supermarkets, along with a wider choice of restaurants.

The two-storey stone house features a very spacious layout and a covered terrace, perfect for shared meals and spending time together. The pool area is fenced, making it especially practical for families with small children. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, one of which is suitable for guests with reduced mobility.



Inside, the bright décor and stylish furniture create a stunning contrast with the traditional Tuscan features such as terracotta floors, wooden beam ceilings and large fireplaces. The result is an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere that promises a truly memorable stay.
