The apartment Borgo 1 is located in the village Villa a Sesta and is part of an old farmhouse built around an inner courtyard with tables and chairs to create small private outdoor spaces.
Inside the apartment has a ceiling with chestnut beams and is on two floors.

Rental of towels and/or bathrobes for the outdoor pools and wellness areas on request by cash deposit of € 15,00 per towel or € 20,00 per bathrobe. These can be used for the entire stay and, upon delivery, € 11,00 per towel or € 14,00 per bathrobe will be returned. Access to the Relaxa Area and the Wellness Island requires one towel/bathrobe per person, which may be rented from us or may be the guest's property. On the other hand, access to the Cave requires two towels/one towel and one bathrobe per person, which may be rented from us or may be the guest's property.


Breakfast buffet from 08:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on the panoramic terrace of the restaurant - extra on request, to be communicated the day before.

Two outdoor panoramic swimming pools open in summer from 08:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m. in common with other guests - included in the stay.

The Relax Area/SPA includes a panoramic infinity pool, a Jacuzzi and a sun terrace. The Wellness Island includes an outdoor Jacuzzi near the olive grove. Finally, the Cave includes a Finnish sauna or biosauna, a sensory shower and Jacuzzi. Exclusive use of one of the three Wellness Areas for 1 hour per day per accommodation by reservation only - offered by us.
To book your relaxation time in the Wellness Areas you can email us two days before your arrival or you can request it during your check-in.

The Ristorante Enoteca Villa di Sotto is open every day from 12:30 p.m. until the evening and has a large panoramic terrace with views as far as the eye can see over Chianti and Siena.
The restaurant offers an a la carte menu with typical Tuscan dishes so that each guest can choose every day what and how much to eat, without any obligation of a full meal.
Reservation for lunch and/or dinner is not mandatory, but is strongly recommended as we also host guests from outside the Bed and Breakfast.

**On the day of departure, after handing over the keys of your accommodation to the staff, you can stay in the area of the two outdoor swimming pools shared with the other guests only when having lunch at our restaurant.
