Villa Magarre is an elegant contemporary home accommodating up to 12 guests (maximum 10 adults), featuring 4 bedrooms, a large dormitory-style games room, and 2 bathrooms.

Nestled in a 9,000 m² park planted with truffle oak trees, in the heart of the “Little Tuscan Tarn”, it offers a peaceful and green setting, perfect for family stays, gatherings with friends, or intimate seminars.



The villa features air conditioning in all bedrooms, the living room and games room, Wi-Fi, a private heated pool from mid-April to late October, a 38°C spa accessible year-round, a landscaped park, and private parking with an electric vehicle charging station.

The 150 m² terrace offers several atmospheres: sunbathing area with loungers, shaded pergola spaces, and a convivial dining area with a fire pit (wood provided) and gas plancha grill, perfect for enjoying evenings peacefully (no parties or loud music allowed).



Inside, the villa includes a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, a welcoming dining area, a central fireplace (wood provided), and a cosy living room with a large screen and home cinema. Three bedrooms on the garden level (2 beds 180x200, 1 bed 160x200) and a spacious bedroom on the parking level (electric bed 180x200, dressing room, TV) make up the sleeping areas, complemented by 2 bathrooms, toilets, baby equipment, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The games/dormitory room includes two single beds, a sofa bed, ping-pong table, foosball table, and board games. Outside, you will find a pétanque court and a badminton court. A children’s playground allows younger guests to enjoy the park freely.



Between swimming, relaxing in the spa, dining on the terrace, and enjoying games with family or friends, Villa Magarre is a true haven to unwind and enjoy the Tarn countryside.
