Welcome to El Xalet, one of the three charming houses that are part of Mas Mare de la Font, a unique place where tranquility and comfort come together to offer an authentic Costa Brava experience.

Located within the municipality of Castelló d’Empúries, yet set in a peaceful rural environment away from the town center, the property enjoys a privileged natural setting. This location offers complete privacy and relaxation while remaining close to the beaches of the Costa Brava and natural areas such as Cap de Creus Natural Park.

El Xalet has been carefully decorated to create a warm, functional and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for families or groups of friends. It can accommodate up to 8 guests and features internet access, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and on-site parking within the property.

The house is distributed over two floors:

Ground floor: living-dining room with direct access to the private patio, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, one bedroom with a 135 cm double bed, and a full bathroom with shower.

Upper floor: three bedrooms, one with two 90 cm beds, another with three 90 cm beds, and a third with a 135 cm double bed. This floor also includes a full bathroom with bathtub and a large terrace accessible from the hallway, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.

The property also features a private patio with barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining in a more intimate setting.

The estate offers spacious outdoor areas shared between the three houses, including a 4,000 m² garden, a seasonal swimming pool, an outdoor dining area with barbecue, a sunbathing area with loungers, and a games room.

Mas Mare de la Font consists of three independent accommodations, each with capacity for 8 people, with the possibility to rent the entire estate—ideal for family gatherings, large groups, or special events (special rate available for booking all three houses, please inquire).

A shared washing machine is also available (coin-operated, €2 per wash).
