When you enter the house, you arrive directly in the living room dining room. Then on your left, you find the first bedroom which has two single beds next to each other (90x200) and a door leading to a private toilet in this bedroom.
We have a small separate kitchen which has a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, traditional coffee maker, ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer. The second also has two single beds next to each other (90x200). There is a complete bathroom which has a toilet, a bathtub and a shower.
In the dining room there is a rectangular table with capacity for 5 people, a dresser, a three-seater armchair, three one-seater armchairs, a small wooden TV cabinet, a flat screen TV with a decoder (Spanish channels , German and 1 or 2 French).
The covered terrace just in front of the entrance to the house has a small rectangular table and 5 chairs. On the side of the house you have a small storage room where you will find the washing machine.
The property has a plot of 500m2 with a mooring available to tenants of 12.5 m. The garage is not available but you can park a car right in front of it.
