Completed in 2020, the renovation introduced modern yet cosy furnishings that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, making it an ideal retreat for couples or small families.

The living and dining area is generously proportioned and features a double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace, which faces both south and west. The first bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length and also opens onto a private terrace with south and east-facing orientations. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and likewise benefits from direct terrace access. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC. The apartment features a large open kitchen fully equipped for self-catering. The property benefits from 2 terraces: one of 17 m2 facing south and west, and another of 22 m2 facing north and east. Both terraces are furnished and offer beautiful views of the resort and the canal.
