The open kitchen is equipped with a bar area and includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and an American fridge. Also on this level, 1 bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm, and a shower and WC are available for guests on this floor. A second bedroom on the ground floor also features a French bed measuring 160 cm, with its own shower and WC, and provides direct access to the terrace.

On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms each feature 1 double bed composed of 2 x 80 cm mattresses and offer access to the covered balcony. A further shower and WC serves this floor. Throughout both levels, air conditioning and forced-air heating ensure year-round comfort.
