The apartment is situated in a family-friendly area within a residential complex close to shops and restaurants.



The accommodation includes garden furniture, terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), electric radiators for heating, air conditioning in the living room, communal pool and television.



The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
