Independent villa for families looking for large spaces, relaxation and the sea!

Equipped with a large and beautiful garden for exclusive use, with private parking for 2 cars, surrounded by a centuries-old pine forest.
Villa Elisabetta is very well furnished and has been recently renewed in the internal bathrooms in 2015 and in the kitchen in 2017 and is composed as follows:
5 bedrooms including 4 doubles, 1 twin, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a large living room.
In addition to having air conditioners, the house can be heated with a beautiful pellet stove supported by small electric heaters in every room.
In the outdoor area there are: a laundry corner, a barbecue area, an outdoor shower with hot water, a small toilet and two separate relaxation areas equipped with deckchairs, wicker lounges and a rocking chair. The large garden is for the exclusive use of guests.
Ideal for one or more families who want to enjoy the beauty of miles of golden sandy beaches, a clean sea awarded with the BLUE FLAG 2015 -16 and 2017 and relaxing walks in a fragrant pine forest.
The geographical position, facilitated by sliding freeways, makes it possible to reach the most beautiful places in Puglia such as Lecce, Gallipoli, Ostuni, the Itria Valley, Alberobello and Matera, designated European Capital of Culture 2019.
Furthermore, the beautiful golf course of Riva dei Tessali is only 6/7 km away.
Bari airport is about 80 km away, while Brindisi airport is 70 km away with an entirely expressway route.
The villa is equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning in every room. Unlimited ADSL wi-fi and 6 bicycles are available for guests to move around freely and explore the beauty of the place.
Upon request, a cot for children up to three years and a high chair are provided free of charge.
All linen such as sheets, quilts, towels, shower towels, tablecloths, is provided free of charge, as well as all kitchen equipment.
Management fees are included in the price.
Electricity consumption is free of charge up to 100 kWh per week; the excess beyond this threshold is charged to guests at a cost of € 0.50 per kWh.
Next to Villa Elisabetta there is also Villa Mediterranea, its twin, which has similar characteristics both in terms of number of beds and of various services and comforts.
Villa Elisabetta (ad 8424225) and villa Mediterranea (ad 8424233) put together have a capacity of 20 beds and 6 bathrooms and allow groups or even very large families to spend their holidays together in complete freedom with great availability of space and services.

Lovely home near the coast

We were two couples who stayed in this lovely home in Castellaneta Marina for about a week in October. It was immaculately clean, has a full kitchen and living area, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and we were very happy to have screens in the bedroom windows so we could sleep with them open at night. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas so everyone is comfortable. It is just a couple of minutes from the shore. It was about an hour drive to many of the places we wanted to go to, such as Matera, Bari, Alberobello and other small villages. We highly recommend this home to anyone coming to the Puglia/Basilicata area.

Wir haben als ganze Familie Urlaub gemacht – 8 Erwachsene, ein Kind (5 Jahre) und ein großer Hund. Das Haus war einfach großartig und hervorragend ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts: Vom Geschirr und den Töpfen über den Fön bis hin zur Waschmaschine und dem Bügeleisen war alles vorhanden. In allen Räumen gab es Klimaanlage. Besonders schön war die Terrasse und der gepflegte Garten. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal – nur etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Meer. Wichtig zu wissen: In Italien wird der Müll sehr strikt getrennt, und es gibt für jede Müllart feste Abholtermine. Der Müll muss daher an den jeweiligen Abenden zur Abholung bereitgestellt werden.

Pleasant stay just before high season burst

Nice and pleasant villa in green environment. Walking distance from beach and multiple beach bars/restaurants allthough most of them were not yet open in 2d half of May.

Bellissima casa

We were a group of seven friends and spend wonderful 9 days at the Villa. The house was very clean and organized and we had a good connection with Carmine and his family during all our stay. Castellaneta Marina is a nice town with a lot of restaurants. The beach is just 10 minutes away (with bikes only 5). Unfortunately the weather during our stay was not that good, but nevertheless we enjoyed our time in the lovely south of Italy a lot! Thank you!

Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane in questa casa che è veramente perfetta per le vacanze in gruppo. Ampia, spaziosa, con ampi spazi esterni godibili, dotata di tutti i comfort (aria condizionata e pale a soffitto praticamente ovunque) e di tanti accessori. Gli spazi esterni sono ottimi per le serate casalinghe, ma anche per praticare un po' di attività e/o yoga all'aperto. La lavanderia e il bagno esterno sono molto comodi. Il barbecue comodo e ideale per le cene. Unica segnalazione è la pressione dell'acqua delle docce al piano superiore se viene usata l'acqua al piano inferiore, ma è bastato alternarsi per risolvere il problema. I padroni di casa sono stati molto gentili, disponibili fin dalla prenotazione fino al check out e ci hanno consigliato anche un ottimo ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato molto molto bene. Da consigliare sicuramente!!!

Puglia centrale, una bellissima sorpresa

Io e i miei amici abbiamo preso questa comodissima casa per visitare quella che forse è la parte più bella e significativa della Puglia centrale oltre che Matera. Nonostante la bassa stagione siamo stati coccolati dalle comodità presenti nell’abitazione che comunque è in grado di soddisfare anche le famiglie più esigenti. Un ringraziamento particolare a Franco ed Elisabetta che ci hanno fatto trovare la stufa a pellet già accesa, la casa ben riscaldata, suggerito i migliori posti da visitare e dove andare a mangiare e fare la spesa. Una menzione particolare al suggerimento di andare a cena a Laterza in un posto bellissimo dove si spendono 10 euro a testa e si mangiano prodotti tipici e carne al fornello come da tradizione locale. Grazie Carmine, Franco ed Elisabetta per la vostra ospitalità!

Ci siamo ritornati dopo 3 anni, apportate diverse migliorie, accogliente e fresca.

Abbiamo scoperto questa casa 3 anni fa, ci sembrava molto gradevole e in posizione strategica rispetto ai luoghi che volevamo visitare. Luminosa e confortevole, ampi spazi sia all'interno che all'esterno, ci siamo ritornati con altri amici per vedere meglio posti davvero unici, senza fare tante ore di viaggio. Matera, Grottaglie, Castel del Monte, la valle d'Itria e il Mart a Taranto, una sorpresa dopo l'altra. E quest'anno abbiamo notato delle migliorie sia negli spazi interni che esterni che ci hanno ....coccolati piacevolmente

Прекрасна вілла у чудовому пінієвому лісі. Є все необхідне для комфортного відпочинку - побутові прилади, постіль, швидкий інтернет і навіть велосипеди для дорослих та дітеи. 6-7 хвилин пішки до широкого пісчаного пляжу. Зовсім поруч знаходяться перлини Апуліі - міста Matera, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franka, Ostuni, Bari. Нас було 8 дорослих. Для якісного відпочинку тут потрібно потрібно мати автомобіль. Ми дуже вдячні Carmine та Marilena за допомогу

Excellent villa!

We enjoyed our stay in Castellaneta Marina. The house is well-equipped, there is everything we need and even more. In each room there is a ceiling fan and air conditioning, mosquito nets on the windows. Outside there is a large table for 10 people, which is all day in the shadow. Also a lot of wicker furniture and two 3-person swings. Among the shortcomings, I can note a room with two large windows on the second floor, which was heated a lot during the day. Also there is only one bathroom for 4 bedrooms on the second floor, but there is second bathroom on the first floor, close to fifth bedroom. Third bathroom is located in the room with a separate entrance from the terrace. So we did not have big problems with bathrooms. The way to the sea is rather pleasant, 15 minutes walking in trees shadow. Nearby there are supermarkets, bakeries, ice cream shops, pizzerias and restaurants. Not far from the Castellaneta Marina there is a very interesting old town Matera and beautiful canyon in Laterza with a tourist trail (Gravina di Laterza). I highly recommend to visit these places.
