Villa Biancolilla is a beautiful contemporary and eco-friendly villa perfectly integrated into the surroundings.



The villa is a three-storey building.



You may access the inside from a bright open space with sofa, TV and a modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven and a lunch counter.



The room is particularly bright thanks to the large windows that overlook the patio equipped with dining table, chairs, and sofas.



On the ground floor, you may also find the sleeping area composed of one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, one bedroom with a French bed, and a bathroom with a shower.



On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (one double bedroom that overlooks the private sea view terrace and one single bedroom) and one bathroom with a shower.



In the basement, accessible from outside and inside, there is a lovely suite ( which can become independent if necessary) with a double bed, a small relaxing area with tv and a bathroom with a shower.

The villa is furnished in a modern and functional style with particular attention to detail.

All rooms are air-conditioned. The bedrooms are also equipped with mosquito nets.



The villa is surrounded by a lush ornamental garden consisting of native Mediterranean plants and lawn.

Overlooking the patio, there is the infinity pool(10mt x 5 mt x1.40 mt) and the solarium area equipped with sun beds. Close to the solarium, there is an external bathroom with a shower.



The nearest beach “Guidaloca bay” is 5 km away. The pitoresque town of Castellammare del Golfo with its castle and harbour is 6 km from the villa.
