Appartamento Apollonia B is a pleasant and spacious one-story apartment that is part of a villa situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps six people. It is approximately 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, direct access to the beach and to the sea, a wide shared terrace with a view of the sea, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Santa Maria di Castellabate, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 800 meters (880 yards), a grocery store at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and the stop for CSTP bus Salerno - Acciaroli line at 1 km (roughly 0.6 miles). You will reach Appartamento Apollonia B from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
For a successful stay at Appartamento Apollonia B we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Villa Apollonia is a white one-story  villa surrounded by its own garden. Only a row of trees will separate you from the beach and the sea. The long beach is public, with golden sand and is enlightened by the sun from the morning to the sunset on the sea! During the summer, if you would like to, you will be able to  take advantage of the services provided by several seaside resorts.


In the villa you will find three apartments. As guests at Villa Apollonia, you will have large shared spaces at your disposal: the swimming pool, the garden, the patio and the large and sunny roof terrace with view of the sea.
Direct Access to the Sea
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a public sandy beach.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 13 meters (42.5 feet) large by 5.5 meters (18 feet) long, 1.3 meters (4.3 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. It is an infinity pool. The area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from mid-April until mid-October.
Terrace
The terrace is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the patio climbing 13 steps. It is partly shaded by an awning. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.
Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof and by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs and with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet). It is partly shaded by a wood roof and by citrus trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal.  Patio
The patio is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with two armchairs and with a table and chairs. The patio is occasionally crossed by the guests of one other nearby apartment in order to reach their accommodations.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are classic and welcoming, featuring some antique pieces, and include three armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through three French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway at the rear of the house through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway at the rear of the house through a French door.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room crossing the bathroom. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). An additional single trundle bed is available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a double room. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway at the rear of the house through a French door.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom has three doors. It is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room, from the second bedroom and from the third bedroom.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
