Enjoy stylish, centrally located accommodation that has just been renovated. The bedroom has a 160cm bed and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, induction hob, conventional oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, food processor, pots and pans, and all standard utensils. The modern dining area, featuring solid light wood furniture, seats 1 to 4 people. The bathroom has a washbasin and a bathtub with a dual shower head. There is a separate toilet. Washing machine. Located on the edge of the town center, in a rather quiet area and close to all shops, banks, and the thermal baths. - 3 bakeries and 3 banks within a 200m radius. - A dozen places to eat (restaurants, pizzerias, burgers, and kebabs) within a 400m radius + McDonald's opposite the Leclerc shopping center. - The Casteljaloux thermal baths are 450m away. - The municipal swimming pool, open in July/August, is a 2-minute drive or 15-minute walk away. - The magnificent Clarens lake, with its light sandy beaches, is 3km away. 2 with supervised swimming from mid-June to the end of August (entrance fee and dogs prohibited during this period), its treetop adventure course, paintball, stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, archery tag, flyboarding, pedal boats and AquafunPark... and its casino - Center Parcs Landes de Gascogne just 4km away.
