"The contact person never responded to us and never gave us the info needed to get into the apartment. We needed to find another place to stay at the last minute. I recommend that people avoid VRBO and Expedia, due to the lack of response, lack of access, lack or refund, and the need to incur higher costs with alternative lodging.The worst customer service ever."

"Had a blast here. Group of 12 fit very nicely. The host was very accomodating. He greeteed us with free local beers and was available for any questions we had during the entirety of the trip. The house/hotel was well kept (not including the stairs - but you dont have to use them. The elevator is available). Rooms were nice and comfortable and the common areas perfect for group hangouts. "The side walk outside was torn up. There was a dirty pot in the sink upon arrival. Water leaked when it rained into the living room. We contacted the host and no one came to see. Impossible to cook.
