"Kitchen equipment for cooking was at an absolute minimum, but manageable. Dishwasher didn't work properly, which was annoying. Apart form this, the house was small but lovely and comfortable. The terrace was amazing, spacious and with a stunning view."

"We booked this place primarily because of the private pool. It was green upon arrival and we were told it would be fixed the next day. It was not and was never even looked at the whole time we were there. We asked for money back for that and other problems there were with the property. Like a sink leaking, doors being unable to be unlocked from the bedroom which in America would be a fire hazard. For a place that sleeps 13 there were four normal chairs outside. "My family and I had an amazing stay at the Sun House. It is definitely a spacious property close to everything. Vittorio and his family were more than welcoming and communication was not an issue at all. We definitely recommend the Sun house and will be booking any time we visit the Scuari/Minturno area!"

"Large comfy villa with superb pool and outdoor areas to enjoy. Beautiful gardens and stunning views of the sea with complete privacy. We hired a car to get around the island for day trips but there are a few good quality restaurants a short 10 min walk down the hill towards the sea front. Di Meglio Pizzeria and La Sciavica were both superb. La Mortella gardens were a 1 min walk from the villa and a must see as they are amazing. Would highly recommend this villa as a tranquil spot to enjoy Ischia...

"Really nice part of the island and great local beach amd thermal pools. Lovely village with great restaurants. Very steep roads if not driving. There is air con but not allowed to use it which was strange. Seemed well equipped but we didnt eat in. Bit basic amd a bit dark but perfect for what we needed."

"The villa was great especially the pool area which we all enjoyed immensely. Unfortunately the area outside the gated area is dire. Little or no local amenities and the street was dirty and most buildings were abandoned. The blurb for the property was changed recently to state that a car was needed and had i seen that I wouldn't of booked as none of our party wanted to drive. Beach was good and the staff at local Lido were great. Again villa fab but location awful. Such a shame!"

"We had a fabulous time at Gio’s amazing house. So beautiful and quiet with only a short walk down to the rocks at the bottom of the garden allowing you to jump straight into the sea, but the villa also came with a salt water pool and jacuzzi. Gio filled the fridge with wine and Prosecco and a bowl of home grown vegetables and fruit. The zucchini and tomatoes kept coming through the week.
