Rovere is one of three studio units carved out of the old carpentry workshop attached to the farmhouse, now fully restored. Spacious, bright rooms, modern furnishings, and a private entrance: you come and go independently, with no shared spaces.

The space. A well-proportioned open-plan layout with distinct sleeping, living, and kitchen areas. One double bed plus an extra single bed for a third guest. Private bathroom with shower. Heat pump with hot/cold split unit for every season.

Kitchen and daily life. Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, pots, dishes, and utensils: you can actually cook here, not just reheat. Washing machine in the loft. Smart TV, private Wi-Fi, and wired LAN for remote work.

Access and parking. Private entrance and self check-in with a personal badge: arrive whenever you want, no time constraints. Covered private parking reserved for guests.

Location. Gaiana, a hamlet of Castel San Pietro Terme. 20 minutes from Bologna and the Via Emilia, a short drive from the thermal spas and the hills of the Imola area. The quiet is real: no traffic, no noisy neighbors.
