"This is a great place to stay for a quick baseball trip. Met all of our needs. Was quiet and secluded. Most importantly it was close to Lakepoint. About a 15 minute drive but worth it."

"This property was not a good rental experience.
1. The property appeared to be poorly maintained.
2. There was frequent and disruptive noise coming from inside the walls, which seemed to be related to the plumbing.
3. The internet connection was extremely slow and unreliable, making it difficult to use. The issue was reported to the host, but there was no meaningful follow-up or resolution.
Anyone considering this property should carefully review the condition, noise concerns, and internet...

"This house was not ready to be rented to people- the pipes were very noisy and I didn’t have one night of sleep while I was there! Huge cockroaches were in the house as well huge red ants- the management was notified that I couldn ’t sleep and didn’t do nothing to resolve the issues. I also felt it was unsafe because there wasn’t curtains on the windows on the main level and I felt like anyone could be watching us. Also there are stairs to all the bedrooms."
