"House has a pool and access onto the beach. It has fantastic outdoor space with lovely terrace and hammocks etc. We spent our time outside and it was lovely. Great bbq area too. "Great location. We didn’t rent a car so we walked or took the bus everywhere. Everything within Ortigia was far more walkable than we had anticipated from looking at the map. Das Haus hat alles, was man benötigt. Da wir ein paar stürmische Nächte hatten, wurde uns nachts etwas kalt, da wären etwas dickere Decken schön gewesen. Ansonsten hatten wir keine Probleme. Inadmissível hotel sem eletricidade por 18 horas
"O hotel é bonito, bem situado, mas tivemos 2 problemas graves: nos colocaram num quarto supostamente melhor, com se fosse upgrade, mas era com 2 andares e muito perigoso inclusive, escada estreita e parte da cama pequena. O pior foi que faltou eletricidade por mais de 18 horas e não podíamos fazer nada: nem tomar cafê, nem banho, nem ligar o computador ou carregar o celular. Insano desconforto. Nas primeiras horas tinha um gerador, que depois descarregou e não resolveram a tempo. Conclusão: tivemos que sair, ir para outro hotel para fazer coisas básicas de higiene e conforto pessoal. Um horror... Pedimos reembolso da 1 diária pelo menos que o hotel concordou e ficou de formalizar junto à HOteis.com "
