Our house measures 36m2 on the ground, it has one room per floor and it is on 3 levels.
At the path of the Csatanial we enter the living room. There you can cook, watch TV or enjoy the lounge where the fireplace called Cantou dominates the winter season. On the balcony you enjoy a clear view and a separate bedroom with a large bed.
Above is a large bedroom with a fixed bay window.
On the ground floor, you will find yourself in a living room and a playroom for the little ones, the bathroom and the WC where the washing machine is located.
Always at the garden level a summer kitchen has been designed for lunch or dinner in the countryside.
Our house is located a few minutes from the village of Cassaniouze, 15 minutes from Conques and 35 minutes from Aurillac.
We are 2 steps from the Lot, 2 steps from Aveyron.
Nature lovers will be spoiled, hikers will take their feet and those who seek tranquility they will sleep on their two ears.
We are owners who are attentive to the needs of their guests.
We have fun to discover our region and advise if necessary.
We provide bedsheets and leave all leaflets for possible local activities.
Since the Castanial you can simply hike, a GR passes behind our house.
For fishing enthusiasts, you have the Lot and many streams available.
For the bravest you have the opportunity to go paragliding, ballooning, horse riding.
Swimming is possible either in the Lot or in the pools.
The kayak canoe is offered in Vieillevie with beautiful rapids.
Cantal is a green department, hilly or mountainous.
The most visited sites are Salers, Puy Mary, Chaudes Aigues, Garabit viaduct built by Eiffel, the gorges of Jordanne.
The history of the region is very rich and one can visit the different castles of Anjony, Trémoliere, Val, and Saint Chamant; ..).
There are still very picturesque villages like Marcoles, Conques, La Vinzelle.
The gastronomy remains a sure value in our region, an excellent meat, a variety of cheese to fill all the palates, not to mention the delicatessen, the local vegetables like the lens.

Property Details:
Outside you can enjoy a garden of 600m2, with an unobstructed view.
The main room is both a kitchen equipped with an oven, an induction hob and all the necessary kitchen, a fridge, hood, a space to take the meal. In this same room there is the cantou (fireplace) essential element at the time that served as heating, cooking and soul in the house.
It is in front of the cantou that we spent the evenings with the neighbors, that we told the stories and transmitted the traditions, the secrets and legends.
To the right of the cantou there is a television (flat screen) with integrated decoder.
From this room you can go out on the balcony and enjoy the panorama, at the end of the balcony there is a separate bedroom with a large bed (140).
On the upper floor there is a second bedroom with a toilet and washbasin open to nature by a large bay window fixed.
On the ground floor, we have made available a lounge to isolate or monitor children as there is also a games room.
The bathroom is on the same level, with a walk-in shower, a double washbasin in lava (local material).
