Ficamos neste hotel de passagem. Apesar do quarto ser limpo e confortável, o mal humor das pessoas deixa o hotel com aparência de horrível. Não volto mais. Nem na cidade, nem no hotel.

The lady who checked us in was very nice both times we encountered her. But the room we were checked into didn't look at all close to the pictures on all travel sites, there was beard hairs behind the sink nozzle, the beds are old. There was absolutely no hot breakfast! Staff were on thier phones; I overhead the breakfast lady tell whoever she talked to on the phone that their breakfast person called in at 3 a.m. because he hit the bar Friday night too hard and wasn't going to be in Saturday for hot breakfast. They was a few boxes of cereal and watery watermelon and some milk for breakfast..earlier Friday night when I talked to the front desk lady upon one of our two encounters her and I both witnessed one of the banquet girls complain about somebody taking the banquet keys home with them while she had a wine glass in her hand and still on the clock. prior to her coming up to the front desk with her wine glass she was on her phone cussing and swearing at her what she referred to her old man about her daughter's nose getting pierced this is very unprofessional from a hotel staff if you're going to pay 118 or more for a night I suggest you go to the Holiday inn Express- Renee Gibson and her staff will treat you accordingly or stay at the Marriott inn or candlewood suites. I went to the hotel I used to work at and stayed there I will never stay at the Ramada inn again or any of their properties I can't believe that the property management has not made any real changes
