The apartment faces south and features a large terrace with a view of the lake and Italy.<br>Swimming in the lake is a 5-minute walk away. A grotto is a 5-minute walk away.<br>Parking is available right next to the house. <br><br>The apartment consists of a living room with an open kitchen, a dining room, 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed (160x200) and the other with 2 single beds (90x200)—2 bathrooms, each with a shower, and a recreation room with 2 pieces of fitness equipment (treadmill and exercise bike).<br>The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary dishes, silverware, and pans.
