"We had a hard time getting staff to answer at the front desk. We finally went down to the desk and found them sleeping in the back room. It was between 11 & midnight, they had a note on the desk stating they would be back shortly. We woke them up when we turned the light on in the laundry room."

"Wow, what a nice treat. My room with 1 king bed was super clean. Very newly renovated within the last 2 years. Lacation and parking were well marked. Nice size TV. Bathroom very clean. "This place is one of my favorites. The host thought of everything. The house is immaculately clean, the beds are super comfortable, and there's plenty of room. There are TVs in every bedroom, new appliances, and nice furnishings. Everything you need to cook with us in the kitchen. Such a homey and comfortable place!"

"I stayed at the keeper's house on Charity Island in mid-August with my parents, daughter, and nieces (ages 8-10). It's such a unique stay and very peaceful. The house is spacious and fairly well stocked, though we spent most of the time outside. There are two beach areas- one rocky and one sandy- and the water is shallow (<4 ft) quite a ways out, which was perfect for the kids.
