"Nice place to stay, clean and great shower."

"Sowohl die Vorabstimmungen wie auch der Empfang durch den Vermieter Federico waren unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Appartement ist sehr stilvoll und neuwertig und entspricht den schönen Fotos, auch der hübsche Hof mit Loggia. Die Küche ist zwar klein, aber funktional. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss haben gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen, was diesen Sommer sehr wichtig war, weil es so warm war. "Wir waren mit Signore Camelli, mit seiner Ferienwohnung, mit der interessanten Umgebung, mit der zentralen Lage für viele Besichtigungen, tollen Ausflugszielen, der Nähe zum Meer und zu vielen feinen typisch toskanischen Restaurants und Cafés…..rundum zufrieden!!!"

"This property was just delightful! The true Tuscany experience can be found in this apartment and the surrounding community. The pool was a delight and was huge! Plenty of sun chairs and shade when needed, in the middle of a real Italian garden with grapes, lemons and other treasures made for an intriguing stroll. The community had everything we needed, a family restaurant, fabulous gelato shop that also served drinks (that was fun), and small markets. The city of Lucca was only a few moments...

"This property is simply wonderful, with convenient access to walking all over the historic center, lovely cafes and restaurants, and it is perfectly managed by Claudia! She was an absolute dream to work with and was so helpful throughout our stay to help us find the best restaurants and answer other questions. We would LOVE to return!"

"Carlos greeted us at the property and ensured we knew where everything was in the residence which was well equipped, very clean and next door to a grocery store. Carlos also recommended a great beach called the American Beach nearby and a fabulous Italian restaurant which I lost the receipt for but the food was excellent and incredibly reasonable. Carlos and Silvana are great hosts and deserving of their rating as Superhosts. Would recommend them to anyone staying in the area. "

"We had a very good stay at the house and the welcome was also very nice. We enjoyed the terrace and the little garden where our cats had great fun! The village of Monte-Carlo was very lively and had numerous restaurants for all taste. The church, the song of cicadas and the beautifull italian language turned our vacation into a nice remembrance."

"This restored apartment was done in excellent taste. It was a ground floor unit and within walking distance of the Leaning Tower and multiple restaurants. Francesco had kitchen supplied with loads of food for our breakfasts. Bathroom fixtures were all new and modern. Mattresses and bedding was comfortable and cozy. There was nothing that could have been done differently to make our stay enjoyable. I would vote Francesco as a number one Host! Thanks for taking such good care of us!"
