House in Cascastel-des-Corbières of 90 m2 for 6 people with an outdoor terrace in the heart of a small audois village surrounded by vineyards, on the road of Cathar castles and 35 minutes from beaches ..

Nearby: many trails (including the Cathar trail), children's playground, synthetic basketball and football pitch, picnic tables, cooperative cellar with shop, bar-restaurant, post office and castle being restored in to visit, a large vineyard.

You will also discover:
- 5 km from the geological wonders of Albas (very nice family hike),
- The Cathar castles: Villerouge-Termines (14 km), Aguilar (15 km), Termes (28 km), Peyrepertuse (36 km), Quéribus (31 km).
- The beaches at 35 km (Port-la-new, Leucate, La Franqui, etc.),
- Lagrasse and its abbey at 28 kms,
- The canyon of Termes at 28 km (La Clue du Terminet).
- Donkey rides in Fontainebleau (20 minutes),

The house is organized on three levels:
- Ground floor: 1 kitchen, 1 dining room for 4 to 6 people and 1 living room with wood stove.
- 1st floor: 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with large walk-in shower and toilet.
- 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with two bunk beds), a second bathroom with shower and toilet.

Both floors are decorated with cement tiles of time.
At disposal: washing machine, cot and baby bath, iron and ironing board.

Not provided: sheets, pillowcases, towels.
Cleaning not included (to be envisaged in addition if wished).
