"We had 7 in our group ranging from 11-65. It was a little bit older home, which we love because it is cozy! We enjoyed sitting on the porch looking at the mountains. It was clean (obviously being a tad older, it isn't immaculate, but that is part of the charm we loved!) We utilized the grill (There was charcoal provided for the grill), the coffee pot, stove, freezer/fridge, microwave, fans, hair dryer, nice shower head, and smart TV. "My husband and adult son stayed for 2 nights. It was a perfect set up for us. The property was clean and well equipped. We didn't realize it at the time but were happy to see the property was at the base entrance to the Pike's Peak Highway. The setting was nice, as promised it was creekside. The only drawback was we could still hear road noise from Hwy 24. It was not a deal breaker in anyway, but took a bit a way from the creek. "

"It was a great experience overall! As the other review and site description states the owner of the house who is really nice lives in the basement and has seperate entrance something to keep in mind. This was not an issue for us.The lack of air conditioning is very noticeable in these hotter months.
