The Space:

Set right in the heart of downtown Cascade, this cozy cottage combines small-town charm with a spacious layout that works well for families and groups. With two separate living areas, multiple gathering spaces, and easy access to restaurants, shops, and outdoor recreation, the home offers a comfortable base for exploring the Cascade area year-round.



The main living room features comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV, and a wood-burning stove that creates a warm atmosphere after long days on the lake or trails. Nearby, the kitchen includes full-size appliances, two refrigerators, ample cookware, and a large island with seating for four, making it easy to prepare meals and gather together. A dining nook just off the kitchen adds additional seating for casual meals and morning coffee.



A second living area offers even more room to spread out, complete with additional seating and a second wood-burning stove for cozy evenings indoors.



The sleeping layout provides flexibility for families and groups. One bedroom includes a queen bed and large closet, while two additional bedrooms each feature king beds and closet space. The bunk room offers three twin beds in a cozy setup ideal for kids or extra guests.



Two full bathrooms are located in the home. One includes double sinks and a walk-in shower, while the second offers a tub/shower combination and access to the washer and dryer.



Located just steps from Cascade restaurants, shops, and local attractions, the home also provides quick access to Lake Cascade recreation, Tamarack Resort, hiking trails, snowmobiling routes, and year-round outdoor adventure.

MOUNTAIN ENVIRONMENT NOTICE:

Our homes are located in natural mountain and forest environments. While we maintain regular professional pest control service, insects and spiders are a normal part of the outdoors and may occasionally be present. Deer and other wildlife frequently visit the area and may leave droppings in outdoor spaces between maintenance visits. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the beauty and wildlife that make these locations so special.
