"The room was so clean, much more then many other places I have stayed. The staff was friendly and the pool was very nice. It was a nice location, easy to get to GVSU and then to other places around town. "

"Room needed major updates. Walls were partially painted, lots of dents and holes. Bathroom had rust stains. No butter available at breakfast. Juice machines didnt work. Coffee machine unavailable. "

"Front desk staff were so kind to us at all times. The hotel was clean, secure and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The rooms were well appointed, clean, and made you feel comfortable. Thank you for welcoming us."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They even reached out by text to see if we had any questions or needs.The rooms were clean when we arrived and cleaned the next day while we were out and about. There is no microwave or refrigerator in the room. However, there is a microwave next to the ice machine on each floor. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet however it does cost $15 a person. "

"The place is fine for the weekend. I didn’t know what to expect. I only wish the floors were carpeted as the upstairs neighbors are very heavy footed."
