"The front check-in lady was slow (kept blaming the computer system). She simply seemed as if she did not want to be there. The juice machine was out of order for breakfast and they did not offer anything to replace it for the kids (I'm not giving coffee to my 10 year-old). The hotel was good. The beds were comfortable and the room was good."

"I had a big complaint, one night a had a broking window on my truck and nobody help me plus they never went to my room and told me that I had a broking window i knew when I was leaving😡that is so sad from your behalf, you need to have better security on your property I hope that can resolved the problem need to be gated all the hotel not only for few cars need to take care to the people that book in your property keep better service!!!!"

"We experienced water outages on all three days of our stay, and I am very disappointed. We paid for good service, and this is not the level of service we expected. When I called the front desk, the staff responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. About 30 minutes later, a maintenance technician arrived and told us that the issue occurred because the property was fully occupied. Regardless of the reason, this situation was unacceptable and significantly affected our stay."

"The rooms are like a Motel 6. Crickets in bathroom. Stains on linens. The pool was very dirty with trash in it. Disappointed, but our fault for booking. Motel 6 would have been cheaper and same experience. (Although We never stay there) and will pay the extra to stay somewhere where we can at least swim in the pool. 👎👎"

"Good breakfast but area was small and often crowded. Clean room but one of the A/C units often had a moldy smell. Bathroom door was hard to close without force, which caused loud slams. Business center computers did not work. We were advised to use the online printing services, which was not easy to use and in the end did not print the right documents."

"The property is grand and spacious, the room is big and open. My only downside was the tv remote didn’t work and when we called it in maintenance said it was the actual tv and there is nothing he can do so we were stuck without a tv for the duration of our stay, Second downfall the shower wasn’t cleaned properly and had dark Long hair on the shower floor and walls, Besides that our stay was comfortable."
