Welcome to beautiful Alcazaba hills with the beach on your doorstep, turquoise lagoon with a tropical setting in the outskirts on Estepona. At Alcazaba Lagoonyou can safely enjoy all types of water sports including paddle surfin, kayaking and paddle boating as well as saunas, jacuzzis and beach restaurants.



The Space:

When you enter the apartment you are greeted with a bright a modern apartment with the fully equipped kitchen to your right, here you got a dishwasher, stove and oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster and everything you need to cook on you holiday.

The livingroom has a diningtable for 6 persons, a comfortable sofa and armchair in front of the smart-tv and high speed wifi. Further you have the cozy terrace with a garden only shared with neighbors and a lounge group.

There is 2 bedrooms where the master bedroom has a large double bed, ensuite bathroom and private access to the terrace and garden. The second bedrooms has 2 single beds and a bathroom.

The apartment is fully equipped with private parking in the garage, fast WIFI, smart-tv, A/C i every room, washing machine, dishwasher and much more.

The stay at this apartment gives you access for max 4 persons to the exclusive Alcazaba Lagoon.

The cleaning fee included one set of linen and towels per person.

The Neighborhood:

Alcazaba Hills is a stunning private white village in the outskirts of Estepona with the postal code of lovely Casares, except the 1,4 hectar lagoon, Alcazaba Hills also has a regular outdoor pool and lovely gardens with a great playground for the little ones.

Just around the corner is Estepona Golf which is an 18-hole golf course with mountain and sea views, bar and restaurant with terrace and a golf shop.

Estepona city center and marina is about 10-15min drive from the apartment and the nearest supermarket is Mercadona and it is about 7 min drive from the apartment where it is also many great restaurants and the stunning Playa arroyo vaquero.
